Intel RAID Guide
- Drivers: Intel RAID Drivers
MSI
- Enter BIOS (spam Del key).
- Go to Settings > Advanced > SATA Mode → set to RAID/Optane Mode.
- Save & exit with F10.
- Re-enter BIOS.
- Go to Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
- Select Create RAID Volume.
- Set RAID Level → RAID0/Volume.
- Select all disks → Create Volume.
ASUS
- Enter BIOS (spam Del).
- In EZ Mode, check drives in Storage Info.
- Press F7 → Advanced Mode.
- Go to PCH Storage Configuration → set SATA Mode = Intel RST Premium With Optane (RAID).
- Enable both M.2 RAID Support settings.
- Disable Launch CSM under Boot.
- Save & reboot.
- Re-enter BIOS, go to Intel RST, select Create RAID Volume.
- Name volume, set RAID0, select all disks, create.
Gigabyte
- Enter BIOS (spam Del).
- Go to Peripherals > SATA and RST Configuration → enable SATA controllers.
- Set SATA Mode = Intel RST Premium With Optane (RAID).
- Disable CSM under BIOS tab.
- Save & reboot, then re-enter BIOS.
- Go to Intel Rapid Storage Technology → Create RAID Volume.
- Name the volume, set RAID0, select all disks, create.
