Incognito PUBG instructions

The loader download is provided privately in your product delivery instructions after purchase. It is intentionally not linked on this public page.

1. Install Dependencies

Install both packages before continuing:

2. Prepare Windows

  1. Close PUBG, Steam, other games, and game launchers.
  2. Disable Windows Defender and any third-party antivirus.
  1. Close or disable unrelated anti-cheat software such as FACEIT Anti-Cheat or Vanguard. Follow the anti-cheat guide if needed.
  2. Disable Control Flow Guard (CFG):
  3. Open Windows Security.
  4. Select App & browser control.
  5. Open Exploit protection settings.
  6. Under System settings, find Control Flow Guard (CFG).
  7. Set it to Off by default.
  8. Restart your PC.
  9. Disable Memory Integrity:
  10. Open Windows Security.
  11. Select Device security.
  12. Open Core isolation details.
  13. Set Memory integrity to Off.
  14. Accept the administrator prompt and restart your PC.
  15. Disable the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist:
  16. Return to Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details.
  17. Set Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist to Off.
  18. Restart your PC.

3. Prepare PUBG

  • Only the Steam version of PUBG is supported.
  • Set the game to Borderless or Windowed mode.
  • Exclusive Fullscreen is not supported.
  • Keep PUBG completely closed until the loader reports a successful launch.

4. Load Incognito

  1. Download the Incognito loader from the private link in your product delivery instructions.
  2. Run the loader as administrator while PUBG and Steam are closed.
  3. Enter the license key supplied with your purchase.
  4. Press Enter to begin the injection process.
  5. Wait for the green success message.
  6. Allow the loader to close completely.
  7. Start Steam and launch PUBG.

Do not start PUBG until the loader has closed after a successful injection.

Press Home to open or close the menu. Use the Windows on-screen keyboard if your keyboard does not have a Home key.

Troubleshooting

The loader does not open

  • Confirm that Windows Defender and third-party antivirus are disabled.
  • Check whether the loader was quarantined.
  • Reinstall the DirectX and Visual C++ dependencies.
  • Run the loader as administrator.

Injection does not complete

  • Confirm PUBG, Steam, and unrelated anti-cheat software are closed.
  • Confirm CFG, Memory Integrity, and the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist are disabled.
  • Restart the PC after changing Windows security settings, then try again.

The menu or ESP does not appear

  • Confirm PUBG is in Borderless or Windowed mode.
  • Close PUBG completely and repeat the loading process.
  • Press Home after entering the game.
