Riot Vanguard uninstallation guide Riot says uninstalling a Riot game does not always remove Vanguard if another Riot game still needs it. You will need to manually uninstall Vanguard itself. 1. Press Windows key. 2. Search Add or remove programs. 3. Find Riot Vanguard. 4. Click Uninstall. 5. Accept the UAC/admin prompt. 6. Restart PC. To re-enable Vanguard, restart your PC.
