In this wiki page we will guide you through all the different overlay setups that might be needed for different cheats and any errors you may run in to. Steelseries GG / Sonar

To make SteelSeries Sonar overlay work, open SteelSeries settings tab, browse to Settings -> "Moments" -> "Capture and Sound", disable "Allow Moments to capture while gaming"

Browse to "Overlay and Notifications", disable "Display game overlays", enable Sonar in General Settings, browse to "SONAR" and then set a shortcut key for Sonar overlay (e.g Master Volume Up)

Medal.tv

To use Medal overlay, you need to download the software, register and open the Medal app, click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner, and go to Recording Settings to toggle off Capture Clips.

Discord.gg

To use it, go to the settings in the game overlay section to enable the overlay, disable legacy overlay and hardware acceleration (Settings/Appearance/Advanced(at the very bottom)).

Nvidia App

  1. Install Nvidia App
  2. Install the latest version of your video driver
  3. Enable Nvidia overlay

AMD Software

  1. Install the latest version of your video driver
  2. Activate the in-game overlay in the settings
  3. In the performance tab, enable performance display
